PVT club house Blue Hills

The client wanted a private clubhouse on the existing property to house an inside and outside entertainment area, including kitchenette as well as a private studio in the back with a separate entrance. The design allows for the space to hold small functions as well as open up and allow for larger ones. The overall aesthetic complements the existing house on site and the perforated slab over the open patio allows ample sunlight into the space.
