Nestled in the Steenkampsberg mountain range near Dullstroom, the house is located on the private Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate. The brief from the clients was to design a family holiday home that they can use but also let it out to the rental market. The design is a contemporary take on the traditional farmhouse. The house boasts four en suite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The entertainment area takes up the majority of the Northern facade and opens up to reveal the mountain views.
